You can place an order 24/7; we accept orders until Wednesday of each week. Delivery is available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday . To do this, select the desired products from the list, go to "Cart," click "Place Order," fill in the blanks (contact information, delivery address), select a convenient payment method, and click "Submit Order."
Please note: The customer must ensure the delivery address, email address, and contact phone number are spelled correctly.


Order information will be sent to the Client's email address. We will contact you to confirm the delivery time and payment method.

If the product specified in the order is not available, the employee will contact the Client to clarify the possibility of replacing it with a similar product.

 

If the product specified in the order is not available and the Client fails to contact to arrange a replacement, the Administrator will send the order with a similar product.

Or, if a similar product is not available, sends the order without the replacement item. The customer decides upon receipt of the order whether to accept the replacement or reject the replaced item.

 

When placing an order, the Client has the opportunity to enter any information they deem necessary in the "Comments" field: assembly wishes, entry code, a request "Do not ring the intercom," etc.

 

At the time of delivery of the goods, the person carrying out the delivery invites the Client to check the order and the appearance of the goods.

 

After checking the order, the Client confirms by signing the order form that they have no complaints regarding the appearance and completeness of the product, indicating the time of receipt of the order.

Dear Customers, upon receiving your order:

 

1. Check the product packaging – it should not be damaged;

 

2. Check that the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones;

 

3. If there are no complaints at the time of receiving the goods, pay for the cost of the goods and services rendered in cash.

 

4. Confirm with your signature on the delivery note, indicating the time of receipt, that you have no complaints about the range, quantity, appearance, or completeness of the goods;

 

5. Take the receipt and order form from the courier.
